ReCharge Energy is committed to producing the most reliable and high-performance Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries on the market. We back this commitment up with an industry leading 10-year warranty. If anything goes wrong with your battery or accessory, we'll work with you to make it right.

10-Year Limited Warranty

All ReCharge Energy batteries carry a 10-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Within the first 5 years of the Warranty Period, ReCharge Energy will repair or replace the battery at its sole discretion. After 5 years and up to 10 years, following warranty evaluation a similar battery will be offered at a discount of 30% off the price listed at the time of the offer. The offer will be valid for 30 days after notification.

All ReCharge Energy accessories (meter, chargers, wiring kits, etc.) carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty applies to only the original owner who purchased directly from ReCharge Energy or an authorized dealer. The warranty is void if the product is altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Punctures and normal wear and tear are not warranted. If warranty applies, ReCharge Energy will repair or replace, at their discretion, the item or any part or component that is deemed defective.

Return Policy

Any battery or accessory damaged in shipping (when ordered from ReCharge Energy or authorized dealer) or defective battery or accessory must be returned directly to ReCharge Energy in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging. The Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You must have the receipt or valid proof of purchase. If an item is new, unused, and in the original packaging, we are happy to accept a return with no restocking fee. If the item has been installed, used, or no longer has the original packaging, ReCharge will assess a restocking fee upon evaluation.

What You Need to Get Started

  • The model number and order number. The order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
